I bought a dual dashcam for my car from this company, but their customer service has been terrible. I tried reaching out for help and instructions multiple times, but all I only got one unhelpful response. It's been more than three weeks and they're still ignoring me even after several follow-ups. I suggest avoiding this company completely.
