I just bought a piece of jewelry from this company and it had some light engraving on it. The engraving wasn't as deep as I thought it would be, but I had a jeweler check it out and they confirmed that it was actually engraved. That might be why the price was lower. I'm glad they were upfront about it and now I get why it cost less.

The service we got there was really terrible, and it's too bad that it ruined our whole shopping trip.
