I started using this mail service back in 2010 when I moved to Japan from America. It was great back then, but now they seem to be trying to pull one over on me. The prices keep going up, and they keep pushing me towards the priciest options when I need to send something. It's just not right. One time I suggested using a flat rate box for my business cards, but they still wanted to charge me too much. It's like they don't care about giving me a fair deal. I even had a friend compare prices for me, and they always find much cheaper options than what this mail service is asking for. It's like they're squeezing every penny out of me. It used to be a solid service, but now it feels fishy.
