Greeting cards
I've been buying stuff from this company for a while now, and I'm always blown away by how great their service is. Ordering, customizing, and paying are all super easy. I've never had any problems with their next-day delivery; it always comes on time. It's pretty impressive how fast they get my orders to me. I definitely recommend this company if you want a smooth shopping experience online.
Greeting cards
I enjoy sending greeting cards to my friends and family, but this website is really annoying with all the pushy ads for extra things I don't want or need. It feels like they're trying to lure me into buying things I wasn't even thinking of getting. Just let me purchase my greeting card and move on! The customer experience is pretty bad, it seems like they don't care about making it convenient for me. I understand they want to make more money, but this isn't the right approach. The site should be more straightforward and less cluttered, all that extra stuff just confuses me.
Cards with cool options
The cards had some really awesome options to customize and add your own message. I thought it was great that they include a free envelope if you want it sent to you, so you can sign it and then forward it to the recipient. On top of that, the delivery was really fast.
Quick delivery, good quality
I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast my custom card showed up. It looked just how I wanted it to with the pictures and text. The card itself was top-notch quality and I couldn't be happier with the customer service.
Card and Chocolates
The card and chocolates were totally what I was looking for, and I was super happy with how good they were. But I gotta say, I was kinda bummed out when they tried to sneak in that savings program that ended up actually costing me more in the end.
Quick and easy card creation
The app was great for making my card, and the delivery was quick. But watch out for the expensive add-ons and the misleading card sizes. The picture made the regular size look small, so you end up buying the pricier one. Even with those issues, I'd still suggest using this service.
Late card deliveries
I keep getting my cards late from this company. Even though I order them early every time, they always end up arriving after the birthday. It's so annoying to depend on a service that can't even deliver on time. I'm seriously thinking about not using this company again.
International delivery frustration
I've ordered from you before and never had any problems with sending cards internationally. But this time, I got a notification saying I couldn't send to the same address as before. It's really frustrating, especially since Moonpig is known for its fast delivery. Now, the card has to come to me first and then I have to send it on to the recipient myself! I could have just done that from the start without all this hassle. I'm so annoyed and seriously considering not ordering from you again.

I just bought some personalized birthday cards and I gotta say, I am super impressed with the service and the quality of the cards. I recently decided to upgrade my account and subscribe to the sticker function for the year. On top of that, being able to add photos in certain spots on the cards has been a nice bonus. I still like making my own cards for most occasions, but having the sticker function available has been super handy for those times when I need something quick.
Next day delivery, simple layout
I was so surprised by how fast my order arrived the next day, considering I placed it so late in the day. The choices were awesome and it was super easy to customize what I wanted with the simple interface. The only thing that bothered me was all the attempts to get me to upgrade to PayPig premium and all the extra clicks to avoid getting bombarded with marketing emails.
Large photo cards
I always make sure to order big photo cards for my daughters every birthday to have a nice keepsake of their year. They really enjoy them and now we have a nice collection to look back on. Moonpin always does a great job!

I ordered my stuff on a Thursday and it came by Friday lunchtime, which was so quick! I've been using this company for a while now and their delivery has been really good lately. They even add stickers to spice up your cards, which is a nice little extra. The only thing I wish is that they would send more discount coupons to loyal customers like myself. That would make me even happier for sure!

Easy and reliable card purchase
Moonpig is my favorite place to buy cards because they're easy, good quality, and never let me down. But it's annoying that I have to scroll all the way to the bottom just to skip the gift option. And sometimes those gifts are a bit too expensive for my liking.
