Who doesn’t love free stuff, right? I’ve been using this basic security software for years and it’s been working great. It does regular scans, warns me about unsafe sites, and takes care of viruses - what more could you ask for in your daily use?

So basically, I ordered this really cool outfit back in January, but the delivery guy came when I wasn't home 'cause I was hanging out at my friend's place. I told them to send it to the post office instead, but never got an email telling me it was ready for pick up. So I called customer service and talked to this lady named Denise, who said she couldn't find my package and would "look into it" and let me know in 3-5 days. It's been almost 2 months now and I haven't heard a peep. No sign of my order, my cash, or even a refund. Denise is ghosting my emails. This whole situation is driving me nuts and I'm feeling pretty bummed out.

I gotta say, the service from this company is really top-notch. I've used them for different things and they've always come through for me. The live chat is awesome, especially for those out-of-the-blue changes that happen. They always handle orders quickly and smoothly, so I know I can count on them for any unexpected events.
