Deodorant purchase
I am so excited about my new deodorant! I usually go for spray deodorants because they work better for me than roll-ons, but this one has been a pleasant surprise. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's been fantastic. It goes on really smoothly and easily, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. Also, the scent is pleasant and I feel fresh all day long. I would definitely suggest it to all my friends!

Sticker function subscription
I recently decided to upgrade my account and subscribe to the sticker function for the year. The cost was a bit more than I wanted, but there were so many stickers to choose from that it seemed worth it. As someone who likes to be creative, I've had a lot of fun using the stickers to jazz up some boring cards. It's been great to be able to really make my cards my own, in a way that's unique to me. On top of that, being able to add photos in certain spots on the cards has been a nice bonus. I still like making my own cards for most occasions, but having the sticker function available has been super handy for those times when I need something quick.

Jacket purchase for winter
I just bought a winter jacket from Nordstrom Rack and I was pretty happy with how it turned out. But then I had a bit of trouble when I tried to swap it for a bigger size since it had been a few days past the 30-day return deadline. I was kinda bummed to learn that this rule wasn't clearly mentioned on my receipt. When I asked the manager if they could make an exception, they just pointed to a sign at the checkout. This whole thing has me second-guessing Nordstrom Rack's customer service rep, which I thought was supposed to be stellar.

Car rental insurance issues
Let me tell you about my experience with this car rental company. So, we were in Gran Canaria, and when we got to the local car rental place, they right away tried to sell us extra insurance, even though we already had insurance from when we booked online. They said it would be simpler to deal with any damages directly with them rather than going back to the booking site for a refund. We said no thanks, but then, we ended up with some small damage to the car that cost us extra money. The whole process of trying to get our money back has been a total nightmare, all filled with red tape. We're still trying to get our money back, and it's been a real pain and taking up so much time. If the damage had been worse, I can't even imagine how stressed I'd be right now. It's pretty obvious that they make it really hard for customers to get refunds, just to profit off folks being confused and inconvenienced. I'm not using this service again - they're just scammers and I refuse to be taken advantage of.

Excellent service
I was so happy with the service I got at this store. The staff were nice, polite, and really helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with what I bought. When there was a problem with my order, they let me know right away and gave me a few options to fix it. I really value their great customer service.

Bundle of 3 items
So, I bought this bundle of 3 items from this company, and man, what a letdown. All three items were DOA - like, completely not working. And to top it off, the packaging was a total mess. I feel like they purposely did a shoddy job so they could blame any damage on the delivery. The quality of the products was super cheap, like, you could tell just by looking at them. Definitely check out some reviews before buying from them, cuz my experience was just awful.
