I've been using iPlum for a bit now, but lately it's been giving me some trouble. The app keeps crashing, and I have to keep reopening it several times. Plus, the text messages are delayed, which is frustrating. My clients are even saying they're having trouble reaching me on calls. I'm starting to think I should switch to a different service soon. And on top of all that, they're raising their prices while providing worse service.

I was pretty anxious about not getting it since it was a pricey little toy. The customer service was really helpful and made sure to keep me updated on everything. I really appreciate their quick and dedicated work in sorting out the problem.

I've been a customer for a long time and I've bought stuff from this company for years. I've had a couple of times where things arrived broken, but the customer service folks were always nice about it and sent me new ones right away. However, the other day I bought something during a BOGO deal and I was kind of bummed when I found out I didn't get the discount on items that were the same price, only on the cheaper things. I talked to customer service about it, and they said the BOGO deal was for things that were the same price or cheaper. Other companies I've shopped at usually do BOGO deals for things that are the same price, not just the cheaper ones. This makes me unsure about whether this company is being honest about their prices and deals.

Our flight from Manchester to Malaga, with a stopover in Madrid, got delayed, leaving us stuck at Madrid airport with no bags, nowhere to stay, and no next flight for a whopping 15 hours with our 3 kids. Even though the airline admitted they caused the delay, they won't own up to the fact that we missed out on our hotel, car rental, and other costs. It's been 7 long months and we're still in the dark about why the delay happened so we can make a claim on our travel insurance. The customer service has been absolutely abysmal and there's no sense of responsibility anywhere in sight.

This SIM card is amazing, eh! I picked it up for my trip to Europe and it worked perfectly in every country I went to. I could easily text my buddies back home and stay on social media without any troubles. It was so nice not having to hassle with buying a new SIM card every time I crossed a border. The rates were fair, so I didn't have to stress about insane charges. All in all, I was super pleased with how well my Drimsim worked, eh!
