Recent flight experience
My recent flight with that airline was such a letdown, ugh. I was all set for my trip from Amsterdam to Madrid, but as soon as I got on the plane, they told us the flight was a no-go. So there we all were, me and the other passengers, stuck in the airport with no clue on what to do. It was honestly so annoying and such a hassle, especially since it was so late at night.
Flight experience with unhelpful cabin staff
The cabin crew on my last flight weren't very helpful or flexible. The overhead bin in first class was empty, but they still made me move my bag to another spot, even though my seat was right behind the curtain and the bin was still empty. Dealing with those inflexible and unaccommodating crew members was really frustrating.
Morning vs. Evening Flight Mix-Up
I had a real headache dealing with this airline recently. I made the mistake of booking a flight for the morning instead of the evening. When I realized my blunder, I gave their call center a ring to try and cancel the booking. But guess what? Their servers were on the fritz and they couldn't process any changes. So, I tried filling out their online form for a cancellation, but it was a total disaster. No refund, no explanation – I ended up biting the bullet and buying a new ticket. Pretty frustrating, to say the least.
Delayed flight with missed connection
Our flight from Manchester to Malaga, with a stopover in Madrid, got delayed, leaving us stuck at Madrid airport with no bags, nowhere to stay, and no next flight for a whopping 15 hours with our 3 kids. Even though the airline admitted they caused the delay, they won't own up to the fact that we missed out on our hotel, car rental, and other costs. It's been 7 long months and we're still in the dark about why the delay happened so we can make a claim on our travel insurance. The customer service has been absolutely abysmal and there's no sense of responsibility anywhere in sight.
Plane ticket change
I had a flight booked from one spot to another, but I needed to switch it up. When I called them, they told me I had to fork over a fee along with extra cash for the change. It was crazy expensive and I was just shocked! They're really trying to make me pay so much for something that should be included! It's just not right at all.
Flight cancellation, poor customer service
I had recently gone through a really frustrating situation with a flight cancellation and terrible customer service. I had a flight planned for an important event in Naples, and when I got to the airport for check-in, I found out the flight was cancelled without any heads up. They then put me on a new flight two days later, which meant I missed out on my event, wasted my holiday time, and lost the money I had already spent on hotel nights. The lack of choices and help, along with the phone lines being useless, made it such a rough and disappointing experience. The service I got was way below what I expected and left me super unsatisfied.
Flight from Madrid to Berlin on December 29
I just flew from Madrid to Berlin on December 29 and man, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare with my checked luggage. The airline made me check my suitcase, and when I finally got it back in Berlin, it was all busted up. I tried to file a claim for the damage, but the whole system was a mess and not working properly. It wasn't even my fault that the suitcase got wrecked, but the airline won't own up to it and fix or replace it. On top of all that, the takeoff was the scariest and most intense I've ever been through.
Flight experience
My recent flight was just terrible, eh. It was overbooked so we had to wait an extra 1.5 hours before taking off, not cool! And to top it off, the crew didn't even offer us a simple cup of water. On top of that, we had to wait longer on the plane after landing because another flight had some technical problems. And to make matters worse, I had to wait for over an hour for my luggage to finally show up. Talk about disappointing, eh. Definitely not impressed with that whole situation.
Refund process
Dealing with Iberia Express has been a total nightmare, especially when it comes to getting a refund. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent and their website is a disaster. I've lost count of how many times I've tried to get a refund, only for the forms to crash or not go through properly. It feels like they're purposely making it hard to get your money back. The lack of communication and help from them is just not cool. We deserve better treatment as paying customers. My advice to anyone thinking of booking with this airline: think twice and go with another one. Trust me, the stress just isn't worth it.
Flight ticket purchase
My recent experience with the airline was a huge letdown. I bought flight tickets, but had major issues checking in online. When I got to the airport, my QR codes didn't work at security, and there were no airline staff around to help me after the luggage drop cutoff. I tried calling their English support line, but couldn't get through to anyone who could help me in English. Feeling frustrated and in need of help, I contacted the parent company's support team, but they wouldn't assist since it was the subsidiary's responsibility. Despite many tries and long waits on hold, I was stuck without help and had to buy new tickets out of pocket. On top of that, I never got a refund for the original tickets, so I felt like I got scammed and was left with a bad taste in my mouth from the whole ordeal.
Online flight booking
Oh man, it was a total disaster! I was trying to book a flight online, but the stupid website crashed on me three times, saying it couldn't finish the booking. So annoying! I gave up and ended up booking with a different airline, but then later got an email from the first one saying my flight was actually booked. I called right away to try and get a refund, but holy smokes, it's been a battle to get them to give me my money back. Their customer service is just the worst, a total nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them at all costs.
Flight Manchester to Madrid
I recently hopped on a plane from Manchester to Madrid, and I gotta admit, I was a bit worried 'cause I'd heard some not-so-great things about the airline. But you know what? I was totally blown away by how things turned out. The flight was right on schedule, the crew was super friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a little snack along the way. All in all, it was a really nice and stress-free flight, and I'd definitely fly with them again in the future.
Flight cancelled last minute
Oh man, that airline really ticked me off! Can you believe they dumped my flight just two days before I was supposed to leave, and then they only gave me a new one that was hours after my original time? Didn't lift a finger to help me find a better option or anything. I had to shell out big bucks for last-minute tickets that cost an arm and a leg. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they totally brushed off my pleas for compensation.
Flight purchase
This airline is just awful, eh. Every time I try to catch a flight, there's always some problem with check-in. The staff are so rude and not helpful at all. Feels like they pick and choose who they want to help. I had to squish my bag under the seat in front of me, while somehow other people magically find space for their bags. It's not fair and feels like discrimination, eh.
Boarding process inefficiency
The boarding process was a bit of a mess on the flight from Madrid to Malaga. It took way too long for everyone to get on the plane. They shouldn't let people with a bunch of carry-on bags go on first because then it's hard to find room for everyone's stuff. Also, it's not cool to change people's seats without telling them and then make them do a whole online thing to get their money back. They should put customers first and fix these problems right away.
Flight from Manchester to Madrid with onward travel to Seville
So I recently flew with this airline and I gotta say, it was pretty good overall. The only hiccup was when my flight from Madrid to Seville got canceled. They put me up in a hotel for the night and even gave me a meal to make up for it, which was nice of them. They sorted out the compensation quickly, but it was still a pain having to change my plans. The flight from Manchester to Madrid was fine though, no complaints there. Just wish the connecting flight hadn't been canceled.
Invoice not received
I was pretty let down by the service I got because I never got my invoice after I made a purchase. I had to be on the phone with customer service for more than 20 minutes just to get the paperwork I needed. It was really irritating and I don't think it should've been that much of a hassle. In the end, I wasn't too impressed with the company and I'd warn others to watch out for problems like this when trying to get important documents.
