Recent refund experience
I just had to return something I bought online and man, the whole refund process was a total bummer. The website said it could take up to 28 days to get my money back, which seems way too long if you ask me. Like, come on, it's not like we're still in the middle of a crazy global pandemic, so what's the hold up? And to top it off, they had a sale going on when I sent the item back, so now I'm wondering if they're purposely making me wait longer. In my books, a refund shouldn't take more than a week to sort out, no matter what's going on.

Flight booking experience
Booking my flight through this website was a total nightmare. I had to try over and over to complete my booking because every time I clicked the check out button, the page would just disappear on me. Talk about frustrating! I almost threw in the towel, especially since the price wasn't even that great compared to other websites. Eventually, when I finally managed to make my payment, all my details got transferred to this other site called Chatdeal, which is linked to the website I used. Dealing with Chatdeal was a bit of a letdown; they'd reply to my emails at weird hours and sometimes their tone was like, way too blunt. I'm pretty sure they're not even based in Canada.<br>Through all the chaos, I did eventually manage to book my flight directly with the airline, and it turned out to be cheaper than what I was quoted by Chatdeal, go figure!

The online platform was super easy to use, eh? It had a clear layout and lots of help if you needed it. The courses offered were really diverse and covered a wide range of topics, so there was something to suit everyone.

Order at a tech accessory store
I put in an order at this tech accessory shop and got a confirmation. They took the money from my account, but then went dark on me. I shot them an email to check on my order and got a reply saying they had IT issues, but I'd get more info soon. I waited it out, but never got any updates. I tried another email, but no response. I even tried their website, but still nothing. I had to take it up with my bank to get my cash back and let everyone know about this sketchy company.

Boarding process inefficiency
The boarding process was a bit of a mess on the flight from Madrid to Malaga. It took way too long for everyone to get on the plane. They shouldn't let people with a bunch of carry-on bags go on first because then it's hard to find room for everyone's stuff. Also, it's not cool to change people's seats without telling them and then make them do a whole online thing to get their money back. They should put customers first and fix these problems right away.

The Nanodegree program I took was super helpful for boosting my skills and knowledge. The program had a lot of great references and lectures that really helped me improve my abilities in the industry. I would definitely suggest this program to experienced professionals who want to enhance their skills in the field.
