Warranty replacement experience
I just went through the warranty process for my product and it was honestly super easy and smooth. I got my replacement Loki Wave in just ten days after starting the warranty claim. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to deal with returning the old device, I just had to take it apart for battery recycling. Nika, the customer service rep, was really helpful and provided excellent service the whole way through. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I'm stoked to have my new Loki Wave. Thanks for the awesome service!
