Don't bother with this subscription, it's a total no-go. I subscribed 4 days ago and paid with Paypal, but then couldn't log in because they claimed my email was incorrect. Come on, it's the exact email they keep spamming me to sign up with! I lodged a complaint and received a reference number, but it's been 4 days and still no response, no call, nothing at all! No customer service number either, seriously? They really need to step up their game, honestly, I wouldn't recommend this subscription at all, just take a look at all those negative reviews they have.

I had a problem when I tried to add a hotel to my trip. Even though I sent an email with the hotel dates to the right email address and mentioned the trip name in both the subject line and the email itself, the hotel details didn't get added to my trip like they should have. I ended up having to add them in manually.

I bought a simple stroller here recently and honestly, it hasn't been great. The wheels have given me so many problems that I ended up buying a different brand's stroller soon after. The car seat is okay, but it's not as easy to use as another brand. When I contacted them about the wheel issue, they only offered to replace the front wheels, which didn't fix the problem of the stroller being almost impossible to use after just a month. I'm not happy with the stroller's quality and I'm going to recycle it.
