I bought some cool stuff at the store
I went to the store and omg, the person working there was super friendly and helpful. They told me all about the stuff I was looking for and even suggested some things. The store was so clean and tidy, which I loved. I'll definitely be going back there again for sure!

TA2 "Build" package
I got the TA2 "Build" package from this company, which comes with access to course videos and a full set of resistance bands. Unfortunately, after only using it for 4 weeks, the Medium band snapped and the Heavy band started to tear. I contacted customer support for help since the website talks about a "Lifetime Warranty" on the bands. In the beginning, I talked to "Chase" from customer support who previously helped me with an ordering mistake. However, after filling out a warranty form for international customers and sending pictures of the damaged bands, I never got a new set. Even though I sent numerous follow-up emails, I never received a response. It's disappointing to see a company ignore their customers after they make a purchase, especially when the product itself is good quality and the owner appears to be sincere. Sadly, it looks like the company's values are questionable and they don't take care of their customers.

It's important to be careful about who you're buying from here. Personally, I usually have good luck and find some great deals, but if a deal seems too good to be true, it likely is. Just use your common sense and make sure to do your research before hitting that buy button.

V2 pads from a retailer
I just bought some V2 pads from a well-known store. One of the pads I got doesn't hold air like it should. I tried to get it fixed under warranty, but they said I had to pay for shipping to send it back. I was annoyed with that, so I just took it back to the store. Dealing with this whole thing took a bunch of emails and ended up being a total waste of time.

Course issue
I had some trouble getting into my course, but when I called customer service, Lokesh was so helpful! He really knew his stuff and I'm grateful for his assistance. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
