I totally messed up ordering some clothes and tried to fix it, but they wouldn't change it. I sent them emails and everything but they still sent it the wrong size! So annoying.

I had a little problem the other day and the customer service rep was super quick and helpful in fixing it up. Katie Rowland really went the extra mile to sort out my issue. She was so patient and nice the whole time. I really liked that she kept me in the loop with emails and got everything fixed by the next day. It's obvious that the folks at this company are top-notch. Keep it up!
