My experience with re-borrowing was really good and better than I expected. At first, I was a bit confused about having to resend the documents, but it turned out I didn't need to because all the info was the same. The loan terms were better for me this time, and I'm thankful for the loan officers who guided me through everything.

Oh man, what a total nightmare! I had the worst experience with this company recently. I sent back some stuff using the courier they suggested, and now Kidly is saying the items never made it back. I did everything right, gave them all the info they needed, even the 16-digit number and the digital slip from Kidly. But even with all that proof, they're still saying no refund and no help. Their customer service is just awful and they have no integrity. I definitely don't recommend buying anything from them.
