Online shopping experience
My recent online shopping experience was just awful. I messed up my shipping address, so I contacted customer service right away for a fix. But boy, oh boy, those reps I talked to were no help at all. All they did was tell me to wait for the tracking number and change my delivery preference, but that didn't fix anything. So now, I'm missing half of what I ordered and still haven't gotten a refund. I kept asking to chat with a manager, but all I got was more unhelpful email replies. Gosh, the whole customer service ordeal was beyond frustrating. I felt totally ignored and like my problem didn't even matter.
