Gifted kids' athletic wear
I was totally shocked when this brand I'd never heard of before turned out to be so awesome! I found out about it from some social media influencers and thought I'd give it a try by getting some athletic gear for my friends' kids. The fabric was super soft and the girls thought the leggings were great because they were so stretchy and comfy. The boys were obsessed with the pajamas. Even though it's a new brand, I'm really happy I picked their stuff as gifts for my friends' children.

Jacket purchase
I bought this really awesome jacket, and then the next day it went on sale! So I sent an email to customer service, but they never even bothered to reply. I mean, seriously? I just want my money back! There are definitely better places to shop for clothes, I'm never shopping here again.

Return process
I had such a frustrating time dealing with the return process at this store, eh. It took them a whole 13 days just to let me know they got my items, can you believe that, eh? I tried sending emails and making phone calls, but no one bothered to get back to me. It was so annoying not knowing if they were even working on my return, you know?

Durable boots

New membership approval
I'm happy to say I got approved for a new CLEO membership. But after looking at the numbers, it seems like depositing $3000 only got me a $20 advance as a CLEO member. On top of that, I got hit with extra fees of $6.99 and $3.99 for the transfer to my account. So, I didn't get much back. It's pretty disappointing and not what I expected when I signed up for the membership.
