Vintage bomber jacket purchase
When I was lookin' for a vintage bomber jacket as a customer, I was so excited to come across a one-of-a-kind piece at the store. But then, my excitement turned to disappointment real quick when the jacket didn't fit me right. The return policy for folks in the US is just crazy expensive, makin' it hard to send back stuff that don't work out. It's pretty annoying to have to pay double the price of the jacket just to get a refund. This whole situation has definitely made me think twice about buyin' from this store again, even though they got some real nice vintage pieces.

Down jacket purchase
I was lookin' for some warm down jackets for me and my partner, eh, and I stumbled upon this website that had wicked prices on quality jackets, eh. I found exactly what I needed and decided to buy 'em. But, oopsies, I messed up and ended up orderin' the jackets twice. I contacted customer service to see if they could help me out with the shipping, and they got back to me real quick and sorted everything out. They combined the orders and even gave me a refund on the extra shipping charge for my partner's jacket. The delivery went smooth as can be, no troubles at all, and I'm over the moon with the whole experience, eh.

Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) practice exams
I recently bought a set of Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) practice exams from a test prep website. I was pretty pumped to start studying and getting ready for my certification, but I ran into a bunch of issues with the practice exams. First off, lots of the questions seemed off-topic. Some questions were worded so badly that I wondered if they were just there to beef up the number of questions in the exam bank. And I realized that a bunch of questions were repeated across different exams. Instead of a unique set of 1000 questions, I think about 100-200 questions were duplicates from other exams. This repetition made the study material less useful and effective for me. I also saw some misspelled words in the exams, which made me doubt the content's quality. Plus, the explanations for the answers were poorly done and didn't really help me understand why an answer was right or wrong. Despite these issues, I gotta give props to the customer service team for being quick to respond to my concerns. But overall, the practice exams themselves didn't cut it for me and didn't live up to the study material I was hoping for.

400 pounds, worn once, sole disintegrated
I just bought a pair of shoes for 400 pounds that were only worn once, and I am super disappointed with how they turned out. I wore them to my mother-in-law's funeral, and the sole completely fell apart. Now they look like I've been wearing them for years. The quality is terrible, and I am surprised at how fast they fell apart.

So I was just looking around online, throwing some stuff in my cart, not actually buying anything, and all of a sudden, I got an email with a discount code. I didn't even subscribe to anything. That's not cool, eh?

Flight booking issue
The booking process went pretty smoothly and all, but then things got messy when I tried to find my booking info with the airline. Pegasus Airlines sent a verification code to either email or phone, but neither was mine. So, I never got the code and now I can't see my booking online. I'm kinda stuck and not sure how I can get help with this. Hopefully, this gets sorted out soon.
