I was really happy with my experience on the website. It was easy to find my way around, and I had no problems picking and booking my flight. Warm and versatile coat
The coat I bought is amazing - it's warm enough to wear by itself, but also not too bulky so I can easily put a sweater or hoodie underneath for extra warmth. I'd recommend getting a size smaller as it fits big. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

Loose tea
I'm just saying, like, how difficult is it to remember to include everything in an order? Seems like a real struggle for this company. The only reason I didn't give them a terrible rating is because their customer service ended up correcting the mistake. But come on, they need to be more organized. If I wanted to deal with missing items and potential issues, I would have bought from a questionable Amazon seller. Hopefully, this was a one-time error and not something that happens all the time.

Gun holster
I just bought a gun holster from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how things turned out. The website was super user-friendly and helped me find the perfect size holster for my gun. The video instructions on how to break it in were a big help too. Once I followed the tips, the holster fit like a glove. And bonus points for being made in the good ol' USA, specifically down in Texas. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone in the market for a new holster.
