My bag broke as soon as I started using it! The strap completely came off and when I called customer service, they weren't helpful at all. They suggested fixing it in a way that was just not possible, and then said I should find a repair shop on my own. The warranty is useless, they didn't want to do anything. To be honest, the bag is really poor quality and the customer service is a complete joke.

ABT is honestly not the best spot for shopping. They just don't seem to care about helping you out and always push for you to accept less. Trust me, there are definitely better places out there to get electronics than ABT.
