As someone who's been using this service for a while, I gotta say I haven't really run into any big problems. The app gets updated often and keeps getting better. But, I did come across a little snafu recently where the service just stopped working. Luckily, the support team fixed it up quick, shoutout to Frank who was super helpful. When I bought packing supplies from this company, it would've been nice to get a phone call laying out all the stuff I needed, like a medium-sized padlock for the door. Even though they might have mentioned it in the emails they sent, a quick call with the important details would've been handy for folks caught up in the hustle of moving. I found the tutorial on their website for packing art and mirrors super helpful, by the way.
