Mascara and Lip Color
I bought some mascara and lip colour from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how great these products are. The mascara gives my lashes lots of volume and length without getting all clumpy, and the lip colour lasts a long time and keeps my lips moisturized. I really appreciate that these products are made with natural and organic ingredients, it's nice to know I'm not slathering my skin with harmful chemicals. Latte bamboo cup
Ordered a latte bamboo cup on April 1 and it still hasn't shown up by April 7. The website said it usually arrives in 3-5 days, which would've been okay if they used a reliable courier like Canada Post or Purolator. Instead, they went with some unknown shipping company called Aramax that moves at a snail's pace. Customer service just brushed off my worries and didn't give any useful info on the hold-up. It feels like they don't give a darn about their customers' satisfaction.
