T-shirt and Oxford Shirt
I recently grabbed a t-shirt and an Oxford shirt from this company, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how comfy and high-quality they are. The organic cotton they use is so soft and breathable, plus it's nice to know I'm supporting sustainable practices. I really respect the company for being environmentally responsible, and I hope more companies start to do the same. Normally, I just buy basic stuff from other stores, but I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable and eco-friendly these products are. And let's not forget about the durability and longevity - they're totally worth the investment if you're trying to reduce your environmental footprint.
T-shirts, turtlenecks, knit sweater
I have to say, the clothes I ordered were amazing. They were really high quality and super comfy. I really liked the t-shirts, even though I had to get a size bigger because they fit a bit small. The knitted sweater was so warm and perfect for cold days. But, I did have a bit of a problem with the delivery to the UK. The post office didn't let me know my package was here, so I had to pay a customs fee and my order got sent back to the US. Even with all that, the customer service team was great and gave me a full refund right away.
Turtleneck and mockneck
I ordered a long-sleeve turtleneck and a short-sleeve mockneck, but I ended up getting two long-sleeve turtlenecks instead. I normally wear size M, but I decided to go with size L because these items tend to be snug. However, the turtleneck was super tight, I could hardly squeeze my head through it, and it was way too short at the waist. I ended up passing it along to my daughter, who wears a size S, and it fit her perfectly. The quality of the clothes seemed good, but the sizing was way off.
Essential Sweatpants
The Essential Sweatpants are so darn comfy, there's no denying that. But man, the amount of fluff that keeps shedding from them is just ridiculous. It's like having a fluffy pet that leaves a trail every time you put them on. The shedding is so crazy that it ends up everywhere I go, and honestly, it's a bit annoying to always be cleaning up after them. I mean, I love how cozy and high-quality they are, but this shedding problem is a real pain for me.
Ordered a month ago
I ordered my stuff a whole month ago and I still haven't gotten it, eh! It's been stuck at the border forever and the customer service people don't even read my emails, eh. They just keep telling me to check my local post office even though I already said I did that. Seriously not cool, guys.
Plain white t-shirts
I had a small problem with the plain white t-shirts I got a couple of years back, but the company fixed it up right away. Ever since then, I've ordered more and they've become my go-to shirts. I pretty much always have one on now. I really suggest their stuff.
Dark wash anti-fit denim jeans
I went to the store the other day and was really impressed by the super helpful and not-pushy-at-all staff. They helped me pick out the absolute perfect pair of dark wash anti-fit denim jeans. And the best part is that the clothes are ethically made and eco-friendly, which is super important to me.
Latte bamboo cup
Ordered a latte bamboo cup on April 1 and it still hasn't shown up by April 7. The website said it usually arrives in 3-5 days, which would've been okay if they used a reliable courier like Canada Post or Purolator. Instead, they went with some unknown shipping company called Aramax that moves at a snail's pace. Customer service just brushed off my worries and didn't give any useful info on the hold-up. It feels like they don't give a darn about their customers' satisfaction.
Black crew neck and chinos
I bought the black crew neck and chinos and honestly, they're just alright. They feel okay, but they kind of look cheap and shiny. The fit is a bit weird too, to be honest.
