DeliveryI have to say, the clothes I ordered were amazing. They were really high quality and super comfy. I really liked the t-shirts, even though I had to get a size bigger because they fit a bit small. The knitted sweater was so warm and perfect for cold days. But, I did have a bit of a problem with the delivery to the UK. The post office didn't let me know my package was here, so I had to pay a customs fee and my order got sent back to the US. Even with all that, the customer service team was great and gave me a full refund right away.

DeliveryOrdered a latte bamboo cup on April 1 and it still hasn't shown up by April 7. The website said it usually arrives in 3-5 days, which would've been okay if they used a reliable courier like Canada Post or Purolator. Instead, they went with some unknown shipping company called Aramax that moves at a snail's pace. Customer service just brushed off my worries and didn't give any useful info on the hold-up. It feels like they don't give a darn about their customers' satisfaction.
