I bought a couple of dresses from this store, but one was faulty and the other didn't fit right. I was bummed when I found out they only do store credit refunds. After a back and forth with customer service and even threatening legal action, I finally got a full refund back on my card.

I bought a pair of boots from this company not too long ago and boy, was I let down. The quality was just awful. They had all sorts of problems - scuffed leather, scratches on the heel, even white marks on the top. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, sent emails and made calls, but got zero response. I even asked to speak with a manager, but nothing. The total lack of communication and the subpar product have left me feeling super disappointed.
