    So many boots!

    Frye boots are so amazing, I can't even express how much I adore them!!! They are super awesome, beautiful, and the absolute best. I have about 6 pairs and I really want more but my mom won't allow it because Christmas is coming soon. These are definitely the nicest boots I've ever owned, and I'm only 12 so that should tell you something. I have a ton of shoes, like over 400, but my Frye boots are definitely my favorite out of all of them. This company is seriously the best ever!!!!!!!

    Leather boots

    I gotta tell ya, I bought a sweet pair of leather boots from this company and man, I was blown away by how top-notch they are! The leather is super soft and flexible, the stitching is on point, and the design is classic but also trendy. They're so comfy on my feet, I wear 'em everywhere now.     Misleading purchase

    This company is a total mess. I ordered some boots online, but when they showed up, they looked nothing like the picture. I was so let down that I asked for my money back, but they just sent me another pair of the same wrong boots. And on top of all that, when I tried to reach out to customer service to fix things, I got zero reply. It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

    Online purchase of boots

    Ordering from this company was a total nightmare, eh. The website was so clunky, and I had a hard time finding what I wanted. Finally made my purchase, but the confirmation email took ages to show up. The worst part was when I tried to return the boots, the customer service was no help at all and made it way harder than it needed to be. Definitely not shopping here again, that's for sure.

    I recently bought something from Frye and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. The thing I got wasn't up to par, and when I tried to sort it out with customer service, they weren't very helpful at all. Not having a solid guarantee on their products is a big letdown, and it definitely makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth. I'd suggest thinking twice before buying from them again.

    I bought a pair of leather boots from this store not long ago, but I gotta say I was pretty let down by the quality. The boots were definitely not up to par and didn't live up to what I was hoping for. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was just terrible. I sent the boots back over two weeks ago, got an email saying they got it, but still no sign of that refund. The lack of communication and slow progress from the warehouse and customer service is just not okay.

    The boots I got from this company were so bad. The leather was super thin and all dried out, and the soles looked like they'd been used lots already. I've had Frye boots before and always loved them, but this time was such a letdown. I tried to reach customer service to send them back, but no one picked up the phone.

    Gift card struggle

    I gotta say, I've never had such a bad customer service experience before. It took me a whole 5 months of frustration just to try and use this gift card, only to end up with the wrong boots. When we tried to return them, we had to pay out of our own pocket and didn't hear a peep back. Turns out, months later, they didn't even have the boots we wanted in the first place. Trying to get our money back has been a total nightmare - they keep making promises they can't keep.

    I bought these boots, eh, and they arrived super quickly and in perfect condition, eh? But then I changed my mind and tried to return them, and that's where the trouble started, you know? I tried contacting Customer Service multiple times through the contact us form, phone, and email, but they never responded, eh? It's been over a month now and I'm starting to think I'll never be able to return them, ya know? I'm so frustrated and wish I had never bought them in the first place.     High-end boots

    So I picked up these fancy boots to give to my wife for Christmas. But guess what? They never showed up, eh? I waited and waited for over a month, but still nothing. And then I checked the Fedex tracking number the company gave me, and it just said "pending." When I reached out to the company, they basically told me tough luck - they're not responsible for anything once it's with the delivery company. They even suggested I should have gotten insurance, but that wasn't even an option when I bought them online. Like, what?! It's been really disappointing, especially since it was such an expensive gift.

    Overpriced boots

    Save your money and steer clear of these way too expensive boots. I got a pair that cost me a fortune, and they were just awful. After only a couple of times wearing them, they started falling apart at the seams, literally. The stitching was coming undone and the leather looked super worn out. It's really annoying to splurge on something that can't even handle normal wear and tear. And when I tried to contact customer service, they were not helpful at all. They clearly care more about making money than making customers happy. It's disappointing that a brand that claims to be top-notch actually makes such lousy products.
