The account analytics on this platform are super easy to understand, which helps me keep track of my earnings and how I'm doing. The marketing links they send out make it so much simpler for me to promote products and make some extra cash. I've been a part of this platform for years now, and I've never had any worries about my account, how much I'm making, or how the marketing works. But honestly, even if it did take longer, I wouldn't have been too upset.

Also, the subscription thing seemed like a way to trap customers into auto-subscriptions and get more cash from those who forget to cancel. But gotta give props to the company for how fast they fixed things. When I reached out to customer service, they quickly gave me a refund for the bundle, making my experience with the service a lot better.
Long-time Customer
I've been using this platform for a long time now, ever since it started. I've seen it grow and change a lot, from just offering game bundles to now having books, learning stuff, coding resources, and all sorts of other things. Even though I've heard some people complain about it, I've never had a problem myself. I really like being able to choose how much I give to charities with the donation sliders.

My monthly subscription ain't as good as before. There are fewer games to pick from, and sometimes I already have 'em all. I want more choices, even if they're less known. Plus, it seems they don't give as much to causes now, which bums me out.
