Humble Bundle - Reviews and experiences

So, I preordered this game almost 6 months ago to get that sweet 20% off. But when the early access time rolled around, my key was nowhere to be found! I waited and waited, but still nothing. Other sites had their keys already, and that really got me frustrated. I reached out to support, but they said, "Sorry, we're closed on weekends!" and I heard they take forever to respond. Not cool, man. Finally, I got my key really late, like almost a whole day late. I was not impressed.

I bought a key not long ago and it's been more than a week now with no updates on when I'll get it. The website just says "temporarily out of stock" and when I reached out to customer service, they told me to wait because the keys in the store and the keys in bundles come from different supplies.
