Other sites had their keys already, and that really got me frustrated. I reached out to support, but they said, "Sorry, we're closed on weekends!" and I heard they take forever to respond. Not cool, man. Finally, I got my key really late, like almost a whole day late. I was not impressed.

I bought a key not long ago and it's been more than a week now with no updates on when I'll get it. The website just says "temporarily out of stock" and when I reached out to customer service, they told me to wait because the keys in the store and the keys in bundles come from different supplies. They couldn't even give me the key they do have available. This whole situation has been really frustrating and now I've decided I won't be buying from them again in the future.

I didn't do anything fishy, I didn't even use a VPN, and I've bought stuff from them before with no issues. It took about 12 hours for my payment to finally go through, but then the keys I bought were suddenly "temporarily out of stock" and I've been waiting for days with no solution in sight. On top of that, the store credit they promised me before I paid seemed to disappear into thin air after the transaction went through. This whole ordeal was way worse than what they advertised when I made the purchase.
