ServiceI've been using this site for a few years, mainly for the Humble Choice subscription. I really enjoy the surprise of the new games each month. There was one time when I had to reach out to customer support because I accidentally picked the wrong platform for a game. The support team got back to me quickly and gave me a refund for the mistake in just 2 days, even faster than the 4-5 days they had originally said. But honestly, even if it did take longer, I wouldn't have been too upset.
