I had a bad experience with a company trying to use a gift voucher. Even though I've been a loyal customer for a while, I had trouble using the code to buy a gift. I couldn't get it to work, and even after reaching out to customer service a few times, the issue wasn't resolved before the code expired. I ended up losing the voucher and missing out on the gift I wanted. The lack of help from customer service was really disappointing and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. It's not right to lose money because of bad customer service. Vans needs to do better with communication and response times so this doesn't happen to other customers in the future.
