Gerber Dime Multi-Tool purchase
I just bought a Gerber Dime Multi-Tool that supposedly has a great 25-year warranty. But, I ran into a problem with the spring and tried to get in touch with customer service for help. I sent emails and made calls, but got zero response. No one answered the phone, and it seemed like nobody was there to help. This lack of communication and support totally frustrated me and left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole situation.

Cloud backup service for Mac and Windows
I recently made the switch to a cloud backup service because I really value the importance of keeping all my data safe and secure. I decided to go with IDrive because I heard it's super easy to use and has a lot of great backup features. Although I was a bit disappointed to find out that IDrive doesn't support image-drive for Macs, I was happy to see that I could still back up my Windows desktop. It's been really helpful in making sure all my data is well protected. I used to use Back Blaze and Carbonite, but I can honestly say that IDrive gives me a peace of mind like no other. It's reassuring to know that my important data is safe and I can access it whenever I need to, no matter what.
