Personalized stemless wine glasses for reception
I just got these stemless wine glasses customized for my wedding and they were a huge hit! Everyone loved them. The quality was great and the personalization was just right. I did end up with some extras, but it wasn't a big deal. The only downside was that it took about 4 weeks for them to process the order, but thankfully I had enough time before the big day.
Wedding favors purchase
I recently bought wedding favours from this company and I had a terrible experience. Two out of the 18 items I ordered arrived broken. When I reached out to customer service to get a replacement, they said no and told me I should have ordered extra just in case. I even offered to send back everything for a full refund, but they said no. I've called multiple times and every time they promised a supervisor would call me back, but that never happened. Their customer service is terrible, so I recommend avoiding this company.

I really had the worst experience with this company, eh! I ordered these adorable wedding favors for my cousin's big day and it was a total nightmare, eh. They messed up my first order, took forever to fix it, and then, I made the dumb decision to try ordering again and it was even worse, eh. The shipping was late, they charged me extra for fast shipping, and then, they wouldn't even give me a refund, eh. So rude, eh! Honestly, I'd warn everyone to steer clear of this place. The only positive thing was that the favors themselves were actually pretty nice, eh.
Overpriced, small products
Let me tell you about my experience with this merchant - it was a real headache. The stuff I got was not only too expensive, but it was also a lot smaller than it looked online. The print on the items was so small, I could hardly read it. And to top it off, they messed up my order not once, but twice. And to make things even worse, they wouldn't give me a refund for the items they forgot to send. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This merchant is totally sketchy - I'd steer clear if I were you.
