I recently bought wedding favours from this company and I had a terrible experience. Two out of the 18 items I ordered arrived broken. When I reached out to customer service to get a replacement, they said no and told me I should have ordered extra just in case. I even offered to send back everything for a full refund, but they said no. I've called multiple times and every time they promised a supervisor would call me back, but that never happened. Their customer service is terrible, so I recommend avoiding this company.

I really had the worst experience with this company, eh! I ordered these adorable wedding favors for my cousin's big day and it was a total nightmare, eh. They messed up my first order, took forever to fix it, and then, I made the dumb decision to try ordering again and it was even worse, eh. The shipping was late, they charged me extra for fast shipping, and then, they wouldn't even give me a refund, eh. So rude, eh! Honestly, I'd warn everyone to steer clear of this place. The only positive thing was that the favors themselves were actually pretty nice, eh.
