New golf clubs
Hey, so guess what, I ordered these new golf clubs online, eh? Everything was fine until I saw an issue with the loft on one of the irons, you know? But they were really nice about it and gave me a credit. They should probably make sure things are good before shipping them, but it was cool of them to make it right. All in all, I'm happy with my order, for sure!
8 used clubs purchased
I just bought 8 second-hand golf clubs from this store, eh, and I gotta say I'm real disappointed with how they showed up. Six out of the eight clubs had grips coming loose from the end of the shaft, which definitely doesn't match the description of "All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club." I contacted customer service, and they told me to go to a nearby shop to get a quote for the repairs and they would reimburse me. But then they changed their minds, and now I'm feeling pretty frustrated and inconvenienced, eh.
Three golf gloves
I just got three golf gloves from this store, and I gotta tell ya, they're top-notch. They're just as good as any other gloves I've gotten before. The quality is amazing and they fit my big ol' right hand like a dream. Since I'm a lefty, it's hard to find gloves in regular stores, so I keep coming back here. The prices can't be beat, especially when you're buying a few at once. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be back for more. Cheers!
Steel shaft golf club purchase
The buying process went pretty smoothly and I got the product on time and in good shape. But, when I started using the steel shaft golf club, it wasn't what I thought it would be. I thought the "steel" was talking about the club head, not the shaft. Turns out, the steel shaft didn't work as good as the graphite shafts on my other clubs. I learned from this experience, and next time I'll make sure to do more research before buying something.

I scored some awesome deals on golf gear at this store! The Wilson Staff utility iron I got was a steal, and I was really impressed with how good it was when it showed up. Used wedge club
I recently bought a used wedge club from this store and I'm really happy with what I got. The club was in great shape, just like they said on their website. Got a new 3 metal club
Hey, I picked up a new 3 metal club and I'm pretty stoked about it. It's not as long as I expected, but that's all good since I'm still getting the hang of using it. The adjustable feature is great and the head size fits me just right. It's super easy to hit off the deck, which works perfectly for my game.
Wrong size order & added items
I ended up ordering the wrong size at first, so I had to return it and put in a new order. We had to pay for shipping on both orders, which was a pain. The sizing from that brand was way off too. Then we added more stuff to the second order, and had to pay even more for shipping. It was so frustrating, and just felt like a big waste of time and money.

Just wanted to pop in and mention that I bought a golf bag from this store not too long ago and I'm thrilled. Ordering was super easy, and my bag even showed up sooner than I thought. I've taken it out a few times already and it's been smooth sailing. Definitely got my money's worth with this purchase.
Oversized grip on 3 wood
I just bought a 3 wood from this store, but was bummed because the grip was too big for my hand. Holding it was awkward and messed up my swing. I tried contacting customer service to ask for a refund or exchange, but it was a bit of a hassle. It took longer than I thought to hear back from them, and we had to go back and forth with emails before we came to a solution. All in all, I was let down by both the product and the customer service.

Oh gosh, you guys, Rock Bottom Golf is amazing! I always get my awesome golf gear from them. They have the coolest stuff at such good prices, it's like uncovering hidden treasure. And let me tell you, their shipping is always spot on. Every time I order, my stuff arrives right when they said it would. The shirts I've bought have been exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rock Bottom Golf is my top choice for all my golf needs, I swear. I can't go through a season without buying something from them!
3 Wood with a "rattle"
I just bought a 3 Wood from Rock Bottom Golf and, bummer, I hear a weird "rattle" coming from either the hosel or the club head. It looks like there might have been a mistake in making it or it wasn't done right. I'm a bit let down because everything else I got in the order was good. I'm not sure how to fix this problem and I really hope we can figure something out soon.
New 5 wood purchase
I gotta say, I just bought myself a brand new 5 wood and man, what an awesome experience! The whole ordering thing went super smooth, the company kept me in the loop the whole time, and geez Louise, the delivery was lightning quick. The customer service at this store was really disappointing. I bought some golf equipment from them recently and had some problems with my order. I reached out to their customer service multiple times to fix the issue, but it took them weeks to get back to me. And when they finally did, all they could offer was store credit because I was past the 30-day return policy.

I recently bought some golf gear from Rock Bottom Golf. Gotta admit, most of the stuff I got was top-notch and the price was right. But, there were some downsides to my shopping trip. First off, they were kinda low on certain products, like used yellow golf balls. And then, the FootJoy golf gloves I got had some quality problems. Plus, I couldn't find the men's shorts, vests, and shirts I wanted. Even with all that, my order showed up without any hiccups.
