About Rock Bottom Golf

Earlier before Rock Bottom Golf was founded by Tom Rath in 2002, Tom Rath was searching for a means to spare some of his change during his high school days. He discovered that by diving for balls at the local golf courses and selling them around the town. This method worked out well for him as he was able to pay his way straight through college (Go Boilers). After Tom Rath graduated from high school, he took his show on the road. By adding used and demo clubs into his inventory, he had bounced around to trade markets and flea markets just to sell his gears. Although he had fun doing this, unfortunately, he didn't get enough from it to make a full-time career until eBay came along and changed everything.

As Tom Rath was able to gain a global audience, he was able to quit his day job and partner with his brother, Todd and establish Rock Bottom Golf. Rock Bottom Golf has strived to grow quickly as an inventory and expand to include bags, apparel, new clubs, and any other thing that can be needed whether on the course or off the course. As time went on, a mission to provide the best possible online experience for their customers required that the company would need to expand beyond eBay. Since then, Rock Bottom Golf has been striving to become an industry leader that could offer tens of thousands of products from every of golf's hottest brands.
