I ordered a bunch of holiday gifts a couple weeks back but haven't heard a peep since. I've been hitting them up by phone, chat, and email, but nada. Super frustrating. You'd think they'd show some more love to a long-time customer like me. It's a bummer how much their customer service has gone downhill.

I gotta say, I just bought myself a brand new 5 wood and man, what an awesome experience! The whole ordering thing went super smooth, the company kept me in the loop the whole time, and geez Louise, the delivery was lightning quick. And when that club showed up, it was wrapped up nice and tight, not a scratch on it. The bang for my buck was off the charts, and I gotta give props to how well everything was done. I'd totally tell anyone in the market for some top-notch golf gear at killer prices to check these folks out.
