The customer service at this store was really disappointing. I bought some golf equipment from them recently and had some problems with my order. I reached out to their customer service multiple times to fix the issue, but it took them weeks to get back to me. And when they finally did, all they could offer was store credit because I was past the 30-day return policy.
This whole situation has left me feeling pretty frustrated, and I won't be shopping there again.
