Lip balms, boy brow, brow pen, concealer, perfume, cloud blush, oil dew
I bought a bunch of stuff from here, and every time they send me samples, I end up buying the full size products. The shipping was quick, and even though they used a lot of plastic for packaging, it's cute and I can reuse it. I started with some lip balms, and now I wear them all the time. The boy brow is like magic for my eyebrows, and the brow pen is super fine and precise. The elastic concealer is great because it doesn't settle into my fine lines. The perfume, You, is my new favorite scent - it's peppery with a hint of flowery smell, and it's so addictive. I'm about to get the cloud blush and oil dew because of the free samples they sent me. I almost want to tell them to stop sending me samples because I can't resist buying them all!
Mascara purchase
I bought some mascara from this brand and I gotta say, the product itself is awesome, but I was bummed out by all the extra packaging. They sent the mascara in this big cardboard box, which felt like way too much and not very eco-friendly. It would've been way better if they just used a little padded envelope instead.
Glossier perfume 'You'
I recently bought the Glossier perfume 'You' and, to be honest, I was a bit let down with it. The scent didn't seem as strong and it didn't stick around as long as my last bottle. I do like how simple and classy the packaging is, but it seems like the formula has been messed with for the worse.
Various products
I've had a mixed experience with the products I've bought from this company. Some have been amazing, while others didn't quite hit the mark for me. But I get that skincare and makeup is different for everyone. The customer service from this company has been really great whenever I've had any issues with my orders. I like how they're quick to respond and always ready to help out with any concerns I have. Even though some products didn't work for me, I'll keep buying from them because of their outstanding customer service. I totally recommend their after balm - it's been a game-changer for calming my sensitive skin when I use it every night.
Boy brow bulk purchase
So, I recently bought a whole bunch of boy brow because, let's be real, I can't live without it. But then, things took a turn when it got shipped with UPS. Honestly, UPS always lets me down, and this time was no different. My order was late, and the tracking info was all over the place. I was left feeling let down and annoyed with the whole situation. Even though I really like some of Glossier's stuff, the dodgy shipping has got me thinking twice about ordering from them again.
Skincare and mascara
I just bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service. The customer service team, especially Brittney, was super nice and helpful when I chatted with them. Their professionalism and eagerness to help me out really stood out. And their emails were so well-written and friendly, it really showed how much they care about their customers. Great experience all around!
Stretch fluid foundation, patch tested.
I just picked up the stretch fluid foundation from your shop in London after getting a patch test done. But when I tried it out at home, the shade didn't quite work for me. So I reached out to your team by email, and they were super quick and helpful. They looked at my selfies and suggested a better match, and now they're sending me the new foundation at no extra cost. I'm not sure what happened with the first shade, but I'm grateful for the awesome customer service from Glossier. Big thanks to Jess and Christine for being so speedy with their responses.
Cult perfumes in October
I ordered a couple of cult perfumes from the company in October, and was disappointed to find out that there was a delay in shipping. Despite receiving tracking information shortly after placing my order, I was informed by the courier a week later that the package had not been given to them yet. When I inquired about the status of my order, I received generic responses from customer service about delays and promised new tracking information that never materialized. It was frustrating to learn that the perfume size I had chosen was actually out of stock, which caused further delays. After patiently waiting for almost a month, my order was finally shipped out in November according to my Shop app.
Purchased Perfecting Skin Tint + Stretch Concealer and lip balms
I just bought some stuff from the company and I gotta say, I'm super pleased with what I got. The Perfecting Skin Tint and Stretch Concealer were just as awesome as everyone said, they matched my skin perfectly and gave me great coverage. The lip balms I ordered were even better than I expected, especially the mango-scented one, it was super nice. And the customer service was top-notch too. Jessica got back to my email quickly and sorted out my question fast. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

So, I ordered some skincare stuff from this company, eh? Man, was I ever bummed out by how long it took to get my hands on my order. Like, they've got warehouses right here in Canada, but it still took way longer than I thought. Supposed to take 3-5 business days, but I ended up twiddling my thumbs for 9 days before it finally showed up. Total bummer, especially 'cause I've had way speedier deliveries from other places, y'know? And on top of that, the tracking info they gave me was super confusing.
Order issue, lack of communication
I recently bought something from this company, and I gotta tell ya, I was super let down. I never got any tracking info or an email saying they got my order. I tried emailing their customer service a bunch of times, but never heard back. They're good at taking your money, but when it comes to keeping you in the loop, they're slacking big time.

I bought something from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by how long it's taking to get my stuff. They said it would take up to 7 business days to deliver, but it's been more than 2 weeks now and I still don't know when it's coming. I got in touch with the delivery company here, and they told me they haven't even gotten the order yet. It's super annoying not knowing what's going on and not getting any updates as a customer.
'You' perfume
I recently bought the 'You' perfume and I gotta say, I'm really impressed! I live in Germany and couldn't find this perfume anywhere in local stores, so I decided to check out the online shop. I placed my order on February 1st and honestly didn't expect fast shipping. But guess what? I got an email the same day saying my order was already on its way. Can you believe it? So efficient!
Beauty products
I can't believe all the negative reviews. Personally, I had a great experience. My order came super quick, although one item was the wrong colour. But their customer service was amazing. I emailed them about an exchange and got a response right away. They sent me a new item without any issues. They really understand that shopping for beauty products online can be tough, and they handle it like pros.
International order mishap
I recently ordered something from another country, but it got stuck in US customs and never made it to me. I tried emailing and reaching out on social media to get help, but no one got back to me. It's frustrating to see such bad communication and lack of help for customers outside of the US. I won't be ordering again and I hope to get a refund for the order I never got.
Slow shipping, import duties issue
I bought something from this company recently, but I had some issues with the shipping. They said it would only take 5-6 days for my order to arrive, but it took way longer than that to even leave the US. To make things worse, DHL asked me to pay import fees even though the website said taxes were included in the prices for my country. That wasn't cool at all - it felt like they weren't being straight with me. And on top of all that, I tried reaching out to customer service through email, but didn't get any response. This whole shopping experience left me feeling pretty frustrated.
lipstick and face wash
So, you know how I got this lipstick and face wash from there? It was alright, nothing too special. The products were decent, but it was a bit tricky to choose the right one. And the customer service could've been improved, for sure. Signing up on the website was a real struggle, took me forever to get it right. Plus, there were typos on the site which was pretty annoying. Overall, it was just okay, nothing extraordinary.
Balm dotcom in Fig Scent
I've been a fan of this company's products for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm always impressed with how good they work. The new Balm dotcom formula is no different - it keeps my lips feeling hydrated and soft, just the way I like it. I really like the Fig scent, it's nice and not too strong. Although, I do wish they would bring back some of the flavors they used to have like Swiss Miss and Cookie, those were my faves. Surprisingly, the packaging for the new balm held up really well, it went through a wash cycle and didn't get damaged at all.
Skincare and makeup products
I can't say enough good things about this brand. Their products are top-notch and their customer service is exceptional. My experience with them has been absolutely amazing. I really wish I could give them more than five stars for how well they've treated me. Heather, Jamie, and Christine all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Christine was quick to address my concerns and resolve them efficiently, leaving me completely satisfied with the service. If only other companies could be as great as them, the world would be a better place. I was so excited to make a purchase, and when I found out they now deliver to Europe, I was thrilled. My first time shopping with this brand was fantastic, and the service I received was unmatched. Thank you, Glossier team, for your exceptional service and for giving me such a great shopping experience.
Future Dew and Jelly Cleanser
I gotta say, my experience ordering from this company was nothing short of amazing. Their Future Dew is a total game-changer, making my skin look radiant and super moisturized.
