But those folks on the customer service team were on it right away. They said sorry 'n arranged for the right item to be sent to me. And get this, they even threw in a little something extra, just to show they really care 'bout their customers. They fixed the problem real fast 'n followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. I gotta say, I was super impressed with their service 'n would definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.

When I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all - it was pretty much like they were doing something shady. Not getting any real solutions or even basic help left me feeling really fed up and let down. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this software to anyone who's looking for something good and customer service they can count on. Maybe Neural is the way to go instead.
