Transfer from Niagara to Toronto
The bus ride from Niagara to Toronto was pretty good, nice and comfy. But man, it was annoying not having any shelter while waiting to board. And to top it off, there was no info about where the heck the train was going, so we were totally clueless. And then the doors didn't even open until right before we left, so we had to just stand there forever. Such a pain!
City pass purchase
The City Pass was pretty good, most places took it no problem. But booking shows ahead of time was a bit of a pain. Some places, especially for the shows, made us go there in person to book, which was a hassle. The seats they gave us were the cheapest ones, and we didn't know what kind of seats they were beforehand. And one time, they never called us back with our reservation number, so we ended up missing a show.
London pass purchase
The London pass was amazing, eh! It covered a ton of awesome things for my trip. But, when we tried to do the Tower Bridge tour with the pass, those workers were so rude to us. We totally missed out on that experience, eh?
Go city pass with 10 attractions
Eh, so on our last trip to a big city for a 5-day vacay, me and my buds got this pass that let us hit up 10 cool spots. We booked in advance for places like the natural history museum, the empire state building, and a walk through Soho, Little Italy, and Chinatown. Since it was February and not too busy with tourists, we had no problem checking out all these places.<br>It was a sweet way to see the city and we actually saved a bunch of loonies compared to buying tickets separately for each spot.
GO Berlin Pass
The GO Berlin Pass made our time in Berlin way simpler and cheaper. Instead of buying tickets for each place, we could check out multiple attractions for one price. It was so nice not having to stress about getting tickets everywhere we went. Plus, it saved us money in the end, which was awesome for our trip. We were super happy with the GO Berlin Pass and definitely suggest it for anyone wanting to explore the city without any worries.
Choice explorer pass for Sea World, Atlantis water park, and Al Arab
I booked the passes a while back thinking I could cancel if needed. I had to email customer service to activate my passes for Sea World and Al Arab, but it went smoothly. I managed to get the passes at a great discount, although I was a bit hesitant at first because of some negative reviews. Thankfully, everything worked out in the end.
City passes
My experience with the city passes was a bit of a mixed bag. I definitely saw the value in having the pass, but I was kind of let down by the lack of flexibility when it came to booking specific activities. It's frustrating to have to plan everything in advance and not be able to just decide on a whim to go check something out. There were a good variety of options on the pass, but there was one activity that really disappointed me, just like the Chichen Itza tour for that other person. The tour made some unnecessary stops along the way, so we ended up getting to our destination right when it was super hot, and it kind of put a damper on the whole thing. It's pretty clear that the touring companies included with the pass could use some improvements.
Five-day pass for multiple attractions
The five-day pass for multiple attractions was such a great buy, eh. It covered all the things we wanted to check out in Honolulu (Oahu). We got to do cruises, catch some cultural shows, and even explore the city on tours - all with just one pass. It made our trip so much easier and more fun, not having to worry about buying tickets or standing in those long line-ups. We really got to make the most of our time in Honolulu, and it helped us create some amazing memories that we'll treasure forever, eh.
Inclusive passes for transportation in Berlin
As a customer at GO Berlin, I gotta say, the lack of detailed info on travel time really made it tough to get the most out of my passes. Would've been nice to know how long it takes to get around using Grab/Taxi, Bus, MRT and walking so I could plan my trips better. Also, they should mention that you gotta book reservations for certain passes at least a month ahead of time. Despite these issues, I gotta admit that overall, my experience with GO Berlin was pretty good.
Overbooked flights
The flights were so busy, eh? If you didn't check in right away, then tough luck - you had to hang around at the Gate. It was super annoying for us when we were leaving. Some folks had to fork over extra cash for check-in fees because of the chaos. Since we snagged a last-minute, no refunds ticket, the company already had our money and wasn't worried about losing it. It would be a lot more fair if they held onto those seats ahead of time and only overbooked the ones that could be refunded.
Attractions pass purchase
I recently got myself an attractions pass from this company, and let me tell you, it was a great move. This pass gave me access to a ton of attractions without any hassle. The app that came with it was super easy to use and helped me navigate through all the different options. I totally recommend this pass to anyone coming to the city for more than a couple of days. It's so much easier than buying individual tickets for each attraction and lets you plan ahead. Plus, if the weather's not great, you can easily reschedule your visits for another day. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I'll definitely use it again on my next trip.
Historical tour in New York City
The historical tour in New York City was okay, but not amazing. I've been on a lot of tours in different cities, and I have to say, the guides in New York just didn't seem all that into it. It felt like they were just going through the motions, reading from a script or something. It was pretty clear to me that a lot of them were just doing this on the side, maybe to help pay the bills while they pursue their real dream of acting. In other cities, I've had guides who were teachers or history buffs, and you could tell how much they loved their city by the way they talked about it. The best tour I went on was the one where we saw over 30 different sites. Our guide had a real passion for New York City and its old buildings, even if he did get a bit political at times. I agreed with what he was saying, but I can see how it might rub some people the wrong way.
Multi-attraction pass
The multi-attraction pass was amazing for our trip to Berlin. It gave us the freedom to pick from lots of different things to see and do, like famous spots but also some cool stuff we wouldn't have thought of. It was really simple to use and made mapping out our plans super easy.
Explorer pass, New York attractions
We decided to buy the pass for our trip to NYC, and it really saved us some cash on the top sights. But there was one big problem we ran into. The app didn't tell us how important it was to book the evening cruise ahead of time. Because of that, we missed out on it since it was already booked up when we tried to get tickets. Also, if you're planning to visit One World and The Edge, it's best to go early in the morning to secure your preferred timeslot for the day and avoid long wait times.
Paris trip planning
My recent experience with GO was kinda all over the place, eh. I used their service to plan out my week in Paris, and for the most part, I gotta say the things they suggested were pretty useful in helping me figure out what to do. But then, there were some problems with the Museum pass that kinda threw me off during my trip, eh. It would have been nice if they had explained that better beforehand, because it messed with my plans, you know? Even with that little hiccup, though, I still think GO is a good option for folks who wanna check out a new city.
Passes with activities
These passes are amazing, eh! Seriously, I can't even explain how much I'm loving them. The activities we picked were bang-on with what we wanted to do, and we even saved some loonies by booking them all at once. Plus, having all the info we needed - like contacts, bookings, and maps - right on the app made everything run super smooth and stress-free. It was so nice not to have a bunch of tickets and brochures to lug around. I'd give these passes a solid 10 out of 10 and totally recommend them to anyone looking to have a blast in the city, eh!
Multiple attraction pass
The Go City pass let my family check out a bunch of cool places in only 2 days, like the Kennedy Space Centre, Wonderworks, Legoland, Madame Tussauds, Magic show/Comedy Dinner, and Orlando Eye. It was a jam-packed adventure that gave us some awesome memories. We had no issues getting into any of the attractions with the Go City pass, which made our trip super easy and fun. I can't wait to use this pass again in other cities!
