    I just bought something from this company for the first time, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how well they looked after me. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought their customer service rocked. I had some questions about shipping, and they got back to me right away with all the details I needed. When my order got here in only 4 days, I saw that a couple small items were missing. But when I called them up, they sent out replacements right away, and they showed up the very next day.

    I can't believe I fell for this scam. I ordered the Big Rabbit Box and was promised delivery in three weeks, but it's been over a month and a half now. I ordered right away when it dropped, thinking I'd be one of the first to get it.     Cool box, shipping issues, nice pieces

    I was so pumped to get my order from that online store. I heard awesome stuff about their rad boxes and sweet pieces. But, man, my experience was a bit rough thanks to shipping problems. I had a bunch of issues with the delivery - my package got lost and I only found out later that they were out of stock of what I wanted. The pieces themselves are top-notch, but dang, the lack of communication and messed up shipping really let me down.

    I've been getting a subscription box from this company every now and then for the past couple of years. The boxes always have awesome products and have never let me down in terms of quality. But, the main problem I've come across is their shipping process. It seems like they don't ship the monthly boxes until the month is pretty much over. This can be annoying, especially if you're eagerly waiting for a holiday-themed box during that specific holiday month. Every time I've tried reaching out to customer service through email or social media to ask about the shipping delays, my comments mysteriously disappear, and I don't get a response until they finally give me the tracking info. It's frustrating to see a lack of honesty and professionalism when it comes to handling customer feedback and criticism.
