This company is such a scam. I bought a subscription box and it's been nothing but problems. They don't even have customer support, don't answer emails, and ignore any social media posts calling them out on their shady stuff. The new owner is just driving this company into the ground with their lack of communication and disrespect for customers. I've tried getting in touch several times with no luck, and it's so frustrating to feel like my money was wasted. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
