I can't believe I fell for this scam. I ordered the Big Rabbit Box and was promised delivery in three weeks, but it's been over a month and a half now. I ordered right away when it dropped, thinking I'd be one of the first to get it. Customer service is a joke - they keep feeding me the same line about high sales volume and no updates on my tracking info. Starting to think I'll never see my money again.
