My recent purchase arrived broken and I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for three weeks now with no luck. It's super frustrating to not even get a simple response about the issue. I've been a loyal customer for a few years, so I was hoping for better treatment. The lack of help after the sale is really disappointing and has made me lose trust in them.
