I really wanted to like these bras, they fit well and provided great support, but after wearing one for a full day, my shoulders hurt so badly I can't even sit comfortably. I ride horses so high impact support is the most important thing to me. I noticed some shoulder strain during the day and loosened the shoulder straps, but that negatively affected the support and it didn't help in the long run because of how much pain I am now in. I only used one of the two I purchased and now will be returning the second one. The search for a good supportive bra for large-breasted equestrians continues.

As someone who has been a loyal customer of this brand, I was really let down by my recent purchase of ski gear. Everything started off smoothly, with a discount code promised for my next buy. But when I tried to use the code, it didn't work. This kind of false advertising just didn't sit right with me, especially since I had higher expectations from this brand.

When I contacted customer service for help, I was faced with unhelpful and rude replies. It became pretty obvious that they didn't care about fixing the problem or sticking to their promotions. This lack of honesty and customer service is just not okay.

I recommend that people think twice before buying from this brand. The risk of being misled and let down is too high. I'm now thinking twice about supporting them and will look for ski gear elsewhere in the future.
