Negative experience, clean rooms, modern, good wifi, nice staff, no breakfast, closed stairs, fire alarm, staff cannot help with extending stay, charged twice
My recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Even though the rooms were nice and staff was friendly, there were a bunch of problems that made it not so great. One big downer was that there was no breakfast like I thought there would be from what I read online. Instead, they just gave out a voucher for a café nearby, which was kind of unexpected. Also, the stairs were closed so we had to use the small elevators, which was a hassle. The scariest part was when the fire alarm went off two times, once really early in the morning, which caused a lot of unnecessary chaos. And the staff couldn't help me extend my stay, they told me to do it online because I booked through a different website. It was confusing and not very helpful. The worst part was they charged me twice for my stay even though I already paid before. I had to argue and get in touch with the third-party to get my money back. All these problems made my time there not very pleasant.

oversized shoes, return issues, credit given
I'm so ticked off with my time at this place. The sizes in the shoes are way off, and when I went to give them back, they had the nerve to make me pay for it. And to top it off, they didn't even have my size in stock, so now I'm stuck with useless store credit that's gonna expire. Feels like a total rip-off.
