European tour
My experience with the European tour organized by this company was not great. The schedule was all over the place, with quick visits to crowded tourist spots and not enough time to really soak in the local vibes. Mridanga tuning guide book
Eh, in my books, the content of the one I bought was pretty straightforward and easy to follow, making it a decent starter's guide on mridanga. But I think they could've gone a bit further and talked about the different kinds of mridanga and gave some detailed steps on how to tune 'em. As far as I know, it's pretty important to get the Tilak, Balaram, Madhura, and Clay mridanga tuned to just the right notes before you can really start playing 'em well. If I got it wrong, sorry for any mix-ups.

Capris purchase
I recently bought 8 pairs of capris from a popular store, and it was a real headache. They took my money right away, but the whole shipping and return process was a nightmare. The order got split up into two shipments, with 6 pairs in one and only 2 in the other. When I finally got them, none of the capris fit well, so I decided to send them all back. But guess what? The return process got split too, making everything even more confusing and taking longer. The tracking said both returns were delivered, but the refund team only gave me my money back for 4 pairs instead of all 6 I sent back. Customer service didn't help at all, just kept saying the same thing - wait 10 days for your refund. I talked to 6 different people about this, and despite promises to fix it, nothing happened.

Bikini and sunglasses
I just bought a bikini and sunglasses from this online store, but I didn't have a great experience. The Australian Post said they delivered my package to the wrong address and were having trouble finding it. But the customer service person, Tamika, said it had been delivered to me and told me to just look around for it. That lack of communication and not taking the problem seriously was really frustrating. It made me feel like my concerns weren't being heard and that I wasn't important as a customer.
