I just booked a quick little trip to a hotel downtown through a travel agency. The room was cozy, just had a bed and a bathroom. When we got there, this dude named Stephen was super nice and helpful, he even helped us out with stuff that had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel location was awesome, close to cool stuff like the London eye and Big Ben, plus it was easy to get around the city using public transport.
