Slip-resistant shoes
I just bought a pair of slip-resistant shoes from this store. Sadly, after only six months, the stitching on the side started to come apart. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me to send the shoes back so they could check them out before deciding what to do. Since I wear these shoes all the time, it was really annoying to have to ship them back and wait for a solution. In general, I felt like the customer service wasn't great and didn't meet my needs as a customer.
Slippery sole issue
I bought a pair of shoes from this store not long ago and I was disappointed because the sole was super slippery, even though the description didn't mention that. I contacted customer service to explain the problem, but they just told me to send the shoes back for inspection. It was really frustrating because I had already told them that it wasn't a defect, just that the description was misleading.
Full support pantyhose
So, I bought three pairs of what were supposed to be full support pantyhose in black, honey beige, and white. But when I got them, I was really disappointed to see that they weren't actually full support. The material felt cheap, more like regular pantyhose, and didn't have the support I was expecting. The honey beige pair even got a hole in the control top within minutes of wearing them, showing how poor the quality was. Overall, I'm really unhappy with my purchase and wouldn't suggest these pantyhose to anyone looking for real full support.
