ServiceI just bought a pair of slip-resistant shoes from this store. Sadly, after only six months, the stitching on the side started to come apart. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me to send the shoes back so they could check them out before deciding what to do. Since I wear these shoes all the time, it was really annoying to have to ship them back and wait for a solution. In general, I felt like the customer service wasn't great and didn't meet my needs as a customer.
