I gotta say, booking my flight was a total pain in the butt - all thanks to that website's aggressive advertising and pushy tactics. They just didn't give me a second to breathe with all the add-ons and seat requests popping up left, right, and center. It felt like they were more interested in squeezing extra cash out of me than making the booking process easy and enjoyable. I was really let down by the lack of honesty and the in-your-face sales strategies they were using.

The stuff I got was exactly what I ordered and it was packed really well. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but the company kept me in the loop the whole time, which was good. I like that they paid attention to the little things and made sure my order arrived in good shape. I would for sure think about using this service again down the road.
