Taps with LED light feature
I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. I should have paid more attention to the warnings in the reviews before buying. I ordered some taps that cost me more than $350, including expedited shipping to get them quickly. However, the taps didn't arrive until way after the promised delivery date, and on top of that, I had to pay unexpected custom fees. And to make matters worse, the promised instructions were never sent, even after I asked multiple times. The LED light feature, which was one of the main reasons I bought these taps, doesn't work at all. I've tried reaching out for help several times but haven't gotten any response. Their customer service is terrible and I regret dealing with them.

Quick and Easy SSL Purchase
I gotta say, getting that SSL was so easy. Ordering it was super simple and installing it was a breeze. You just need some basic tech know-how to deal with the DNS stuff, but honestly, it was easy peasy. They gave us step by step instructions, so the whole thing went smoothly. Canopy Purchase
The canopy is really strong, but I was a bit worried about the stitching in the parts that get a lot of strain. Putting it together was simple and the instructions were easy to follow. The colors are so bright and I like how the design hides the tent legs. Even though there wasn't a pack-up bag included like in the picture, the customer service handled it quickly.

Clamshell flat opening and compression design backpack
I really love the backpack I bought, it's super high quality and has a really smart design with a flat-open feature and a compression system that I really like. The hardware is top notch and the whole thing is put together really well. One of the coolest parts was the waterproof cover that came with it, it was a lifesaver during my trips to Bali in the rainy season. Bluetooth device purchase
When I got a Bluetooth device as a gift, I was really excited to test it out. But when I tried to connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, I ran into some problems. I spent over half an hour trying to pair them using the QR code scan and manually entering the device serial number, but it didn't work. It was so annoying and disappointing, especially since the device was expensive. I've never had this much trouble connecting a Bluetooth device to my phone before. The serial number of the device was A114920. So, until they fix this problem, I can't recommend this brand to anyone.

Return Issue
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this company. When I asked for contact info for the head office, they told me to send a letter in the mail. That just doesn't cut it in this day and age. And on top of that, when I called about a return problem, they never mentioned there would be a deduction from my refund. The person I talked to sounded like they didn't care at all, almost like a robot. When I pointed this out, they just hung up without even trying to help. It's pretty clear that this company doesn't care much about customer service, which is really disappointing.

dress
Please help! I ordered a dress on Black Friday and it was lost in the mail - I was then told that the dress was out of stock. However, I was able to order the dress again online and it is being delivered but is now $300 more than the original. My original order was (871267) and the new order I placed is (938646). DHL has confirmed the dress will be delivered - I think it’s terrible customer service to charge me an extra $300 dollars for a mistake on the couriers part and then to be lied to about the stock availability. Feels like a scam to get people to pay more. I have tried reaching out but get no response about this issue.

Off-road light bar purchase
My recent experience with buying an off-road light bar was a real letdown. I shelled out over $3000 for this thing, only to find out that the folks at the store didn't have a clue how to install it right. Now I gotta cough up more cash to correct their shoddy work. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company, 'cause my time there left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won't be going back anytime soon.
