After buying a mask from this company, I must say I'm pretty let down by how they've been handling things. I've tried reaching out via email and voicemail several times to find out about my order, but I haven't heard back at all. This lack of communication has really irked me and made me feel like I'm being played. In all my years of shopping online, I've never experienced such crappy customer service.

Auger purchase

I bought an auger online from this company on May 24th, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I've gotten. Even though they said in an email that my order would be shipped within 24 hours, it's now May 30th and the item still hasn't been shipped. The FedEx tracking info shows that the label was made 6 days ago, on the day I placed the order. I chatted with the company online twice to express my frustration and ask to cancel the order. The second time, they told me to "wait a few hours" for an email about canceling, but it's been over 12 hours and I haven't heard anything. This lack of follow-up and communication is not okay, I expect better from a company I support. I want a refund so I can shop somewhere else.
